Trenton regressed a little while Tyler was in town. I think you've outgrown this buddy!

Wow...I looked zonked!

Pretty good bath experience this time. No screaming...no tears.....

Ice Storm

We are at Tammy's today! No power to about 50,000 here in NWA. We are 3 of them. So sad to see this beautiful place ruined by all this ice. All trees broken and down.....I hate that.
We pulled the tempurpedic in front of our gas fireplace last night and hunkered down. It was FREEZING. Trenton stirred all night and was awake and ready to go at 4:15 am. I don't know how he is still functioning (or how we are). Pray that we get electricity soon!! Asked a SWEPCO truck at the end of our street this am if they were working on our street. They said their goal today is to just get main lines up, all residential will "hopefully" be fixed tomorrow. UGHHHHHH!

Happy Birthday Erin!

Friday night was Erin's Birthday. Fun times at Bonefish! Bob, the trainer from the Biggest Loser, was there! Really cute! Erin and Leah went over there to meet him. (Leah knew the WalMart exec's he was with) My mom thought we should of told him that we all use to be like 500 lbs. Maybe he would really like us then! ha

Chick Fil A Playground

Last week, Matt and I took Trenton to play at ChickFilA (ok, we wanted one of those peppermint chocloate shakes). He kept going up the big tube slide a few feet then sliding down. Matt and I kinda quit paying attention after a few min. (We were the only people there) All of a sudden we heard him yelling at us from the top part! He made it all the way up. Nervous Nellie parents we are, my blood starting pumping a little harder because I didn't know where he was going to go from there. He had a ball! He thought he was pretty cool!

Here are some pics before church today. We were actually running on time!!

Trenton- 20 Months

Trenton turned 20 months at the beginning of January. Hard to believe. I won't be able to say "months" anymore once he turns 2. I'll just get to say "2". He is a little sponge these days...soaking up everything he hears and sees. He dumped the bag of goldfish on his head in my car and said "mess!!". I said "That's right I guess." He likes to bring me things around the house while I'm in the shower (when Matt's not home, I never get a shower with the door closed). Last week, he brought be a lamp with the shade off and kept trying to tell me all about it while he tried to put it in the shower with me. He also brought be a container of salsa (yesterday). I guess I forgot to lock the fridge. Here are some pics of us playing while Flash, Sara, and Lily (and Debbie too!) came over to watch the Florida/Oklahoma game.

Trenton can't smile for the camera without saying "CHEEEEZZZEE" and putting his fingers on his cheeks.

He loves wearing HATS!

Mommy getting her workout again pushing Trenton around in his Tonka truck. This was the greatest present Uncle Jon and Aunt Jenny...my hamstrings thank you.

Christmas in Iowa/Illinois

Trentons first plane ride. He did great! He kept yelling "Plane!" In this picture, he is pushing the button that makes the arm go up and he says "ut-oh" because earlier he stood up and pushed the flight attendant button and he got in trouble. He just needed more "IIIICCCCEEE!!"Bad hair day too....Grammy cut it later. Trenton got bored a the airport in Moline, so he started doing handstands.

Taking a bath at Grandma LaLa's. He went BIZERK! Made Grandma laugh.

Going for a ride with Papa John in the ??loader, looked like a bulldozer with tires to me. It goes really fast! They went to this big tire pile and threw loads of tires up in the air. Dad said he didn't like that so much :) I'll try to upload the video later.

Merry Christmas

Hope everyone had a great Christmas! We had a great time! Trenton was so much fun to watch this year. He really got into presents and "Ho Ho". Matt and I set everything up on Christmas Eve (I can't wait to do this every year--I was practically giggling while we put together his tricycle). We went into his room Christmas morning with the video camera and told him HoHo brought him presents. He had a very curious look on his face and ran out to the living room. He jumped into his tent and didn't even see the rest!! As he ripped opened presents, he would gasp even though he had just gotten to the box. I got his reaction to his first disappointing present (from Mama of course). It was a shirt and he just stared at it, then took it out of the box and threw it. Daddy told him it is the "first of many to come in your life buddy".

Some of his favorites were his Handy Manny tool set, tricycle, tent, saxaphone (you got a playing partner Jack!), and his dinosaur (it walks and growls!) We love you little man!! You're Daddy's "lil buddy" and Mama's "sugar booger"

Everthing is "BOKE"!

That's how Trenton says "Broke" hehe Ok, we have been really busy lately and here is a list of things that have gone "ka-put" in the last few weeks, Santa..I hope you're listening.
1. My computer- has a virus that won't let me get in "my pictures" or download any pics. Computer is going to the doctor today, if it can't be fixed, Santa, I want a Mac.
2. My camera-ok, it technically works but the computer won't recognize it as a "device" so I can't download to the computer. I have some really hilarious pics that I want to upload from our Dallas shopping trip Emily. (My feet still hurt) Santa, those Nikkon's are really nice.
3. My blackberry (aka My Life)- Trenton threw my phone in a mad rage 2 days ago and destroyed my phone. The roller ball and its 5,000 pieces to hold the roller ball in place came out. The dorks at At & T are no help at all and my husband did not purchase insurance on it. So...when my house phone rings I get really excited to talk to someone...anyone...even the girl who wanted a donation for the Childhood Leukemia Foundation. I don't know anyone's number cause they are ALL in the blackberry!
WHY are we sooooo dependent on these things!? I'm going to take this as a sign from the Big Man to stop using all these things for a while. Maybe this is a good thing. Maybe..
I have a million funny stories about T but can't put my finger on a specific one. He is talking more and more and is so funny. Can say almost all the letters in the alphabet (that darn "W") We're catching up Meg!!
Last night at the Trumbo's Christmas Trenton found an old radio. He turned it on, turned the volume up and turned the tuner until he found the Razorback basketball game. We he heard the fight song he stopped and started dancing. This made up for the scene he caused throughout dinner (shooting his food out of his mouth, I mean "SHOOTING")
So hopefully I'll be in touch soon, feel free to call me at home. We're doing things the old fashioned way around here this Christmas!! Merry Christmas!

Everything is "BOKE"!!

We're Still Alive

Ok...so I've been pretty lazy lately with the posting. I'm not posting any pics tonight because I don't feel like hauling my lazy butt ALL THE WAY to the kitchen to get my camera.
Trenton is more fun every stinking day. He can repeat just about anything now it seems like. These are some new ones just tonight: "eeeehhhhhuuuu....RASH" (he has a rash from him immunizations), "candy cane", "christmas tree" (which he actually doesn't touch cause I told him it was "HOT" hehe), "legos" (more like "wego"). I heard him in his room laughing and talking so I peeked in on him and he was laughing and telling Gretchen "No,no,no,no...." cause she was humping his stuffed animals (again). He then proceeded to do the same to minnie mouse the way Gretchen was. This is actually not a new thing. He would probably stop doing it if I would stop laughing so hard. She's a bad influence.
He LOVES his big dumptruck from Aunt Jenny and Uncle Jon. He puts everything in there and says "Vroom Vroom!" It's huge....he likes to get in it and be pushed around-good workout for my hamstrings. I consider it my cardio 3 x week.
Daddy is still the center of his world, I never see him happier than when he hears the garage door opening. He freezes, then smiles, and yells "DADEEEEEE!!" So precious..

Trenton had a super hyper night a couple nights ago. We had a U2 documentary on from like the 70's and everynow and then they would sing. Anyways, during all of this Trenton ran (sprinted) laps around our hallway/livingroom (this went on for a while). He would stop and sing and then crack up at himself. After he calmed down, he stood in front of the tv and watched them sing "Still haven't found what I'm looking for" with a gospel choir. I think I'm going to sign him up! hah Video is kinda dark. sorry

Trenton goes to the Doctor

Well, today was Trenton's 18 month check up. Seems like not too long ago we were in there for his 1 week (or was it 2 weeks?) check. I can't believe I'm forgetting these things already?! Dr. Livingston is Trenton's doctor and he said the little man looks great. He weighed 25 1/2 lbs (50th perct.) and was 34 inches long (98th perct.-shocking I know Sucking on his sucker on the way home. Thank goodness for candy.

Mascot-phobia IS hereditary!!

Ok...it's taken me like 28 years to get over the fear of things in costumes (although my heart did race a little when pork chop put his arm around me at the Ole Miss game). Looks like little T might have the same fear! HA Anyways...we had so much fun at Monday's bball game. Trenton went last year but doesn't remember cause he was too little. He had his lower lip sucked under just staring at all the action for close to 10-15 min.....he wouldn't even respond to his name. After he got used to the action, he started saying "ball!" and pointing at the game. It took everything to distract him from trying to play ball with the big boys! I saw Coach Pelphrey the next day and he said Trenton could play anytime he wanted to!! He thinks he'll be ready in 17 years the way he is growing!

Trenton the Turtle

Halloween was so much fun this year. Trenton was a turtle and absolutely hysterical. His two favorite words that night were "Mo" (More) and "De" or "Handy" (Candy). He only attempted to take off the costume one time (suprised me). Here are some pics of the fun!

Daddy putting my costume on.

Here we go!!

My favorite neighbors Bob and Gussie. They're SURE to give me some candy!!Eating already!

Not such a great family pic....open your eye's mom and dad!

Razorback Game

Many thanks to Liz who handled all three kiddos while the Trumbo's and Webb's went to the game! Matt and I had sideline passes so I got real close to Houston when the staduim exploded in "BOO's" Wow.....it's loud down there! For all of you who really know me, you know the other picture was a milestone for me. Those costumes freak me out. It took Matt a little while to get hte camera ready and my heart was POUNDING! hehe

My hip hits Porkchop in the snout!

My Bestest Buddy...Jackson!!

Trenton was so excited to have his best friend Jackson over today. Emily and I see each other pretty often but the boys haven't played in a couple of months. They were like long lost pals playing. It was hilarious! They boys' favorite word is "ball." What little boy doesn't love that word?! That's why Jack loved the ball pit (it's always a hit). Little Avery came too, but no pics of her...whoops Emily. Those boys are too rough for her anyway! Thanks for coming over!!

My Lil Punkin

Here are some pictures from the pumpkin patch (not a true patch I guess) Trenton loves pumpkins. When we drive past houses with pumpkins outside he freaks out yelling something that sounds NOTHING like "pumpkin" but knows what he sees I guess. When he saw the little pumpkins he would say "ball" and then throw it and clap for himself. Broke a few stems....they didn't have "You break it you buy it rule" ....thank goodness.

Where's your.......video

Just playing around!!

Here are some pics of the little man playing in the office before bedtime. I'm also going to upload a video so you can see him in action. He is a hoot!!

Step into my office These slippers look like Jim Carey's ski boots on "Dumb and Dumber". Matt's not a fan :)
This stance is never good.....all you moms know what I'm talking about.

We got suckered!

Thanks Courtney! Trenton really liked the suckers. He liked hitting them with his golf clubs, haha. You are right....we are SUCKERS for those kids!

Game weekend!

Well although the Hogs lost, the Trumbo/Webb families still had fun. Reagan dressed up in her cheerleader outfit (it was last years-a size 2T, but this is the first year she would wear it because last year it was to itchy :) ) Trenton was in his standard Razorback t-shirt (boys are so easy) We need to get Tyler some Razorback gear Michelle!! I'm on a mission...... Here are some pics I took of the kids while cheering on the hogs..
Trenton and Reagan acutally sharing the pom poms for a brief moment.

Ok. I cant' figure out how to flip this picture so turn your heads. Trenton regresses a little when Tyler comes to town. haha

Kinda Cute

Ok...this is kind of a random picutre but thought it was kinda cute. Trenton and I were playing outside and noticed this shot when walking through the garage. Everybody say "ahhhhhhh" :)
Trenton has been so funny lately (I know I always say that). Babbling all the time in his own language most of the time. I have been able to pick out a few words lately. I talk a lot about going to Sara and Flash's house to see the baby and I can make out the words "house" and "bebe" He likes to steal our phones and go to the laundry room and get in the basket and talk on the phone. He will hold it to his ear and "talk" for a while. Pretty funny.

Kinda chilly outside!

Well, we finally could go outside Thurs. evening but it was a little chilly here. Trenton about went crazy being couped up inside. Here's a video of him playing in the driveway...his favortie place to be because he can wave at all the cars as they go by.
