Two small arms to hold you tight, two small feet to run, two small eyes full of love for you, three small sons.

My Little Cutie

Here are some cute recent pics of Trenton. He is so much fun. We love striking up conversations just to see what he'll say next. He told me he couldn't eat McDonalds in the car the other day because he will choke. I have never said that. We are also putting our foot down (a little) with the tv obsession. We now have boundaries. In this first pic, T pulled his chair in from outside while we were out there eating. We just thought he was playing around. When he didn't come back for a while, this is where we found him. In our bedroom, in front of the tv.!

When you don't have your paci, just suck on the end of a nuby sippie cup....just the same!

Trenton's new mohawk....courtesy of Cody at our hair salon. Thanks to Daddy for this brave hairdo while mommy was taking a nap!

How hilarious is this picture? Cheerleader pose! I can't wait to look back at these pics and realize how small this tree is now. I hope to be here when it's big and Trenton can climb it! Matt and I planted (well, Westwood really planted it) this about 4 years ago.

This is pretty much how Matt mow's the lawn. Shirt off and practically running. HA!

My shopping buddy...again!

I'm so glad to have my shopping buddy again. Trenton went through a phase for a couple of months where he DID NOT want anything to do with a shopping cart. I avoided my favorite hangouts (TJ Maxx, Target) after the major meltdown in Target (about a month ago). I finally have my TJ Maxx buddy back. All of a sudden, he WANTs to ride in the front part of the cart again. We went to TJ about 4 x last week. Now, when we get in the car he says "Where we goin Mama...TJ Maxx?" I love it! The answer is usually yes by the way. Isn't it so annoying when you see all those kids playing with those toys and making a mess in the aisles?! Well, that's me now. I've been knockin those moms for years and I've finally joined in their madness. Trenton gets about 5-10 of pure toy destruction, then its back in the cart to look for crap we don't need.
By the way...I jinksed myself by saying T was doing good with potty training. He said he likes pooping in the car and enjoyed peeing on his hands in the bath tonight. Fabulous.

Silver Dollar City

Michelle and I met in Branson on Fri. to bring Trenton and Reagan to Silver Dollar City. Fun was had by all, and sleep was much needed by 2:30ish. We got there early so the weather was ok for a couple of hours, then it got HOT. We put the kid's suits on and went to Geyser Gulch, a water play park. Trenton peed on the splash fountains that you run around on.

Side note: T is doing pretty good with the potty now. I'm leaving it up to him and he is peeing and pooping on the potty everyday. He still wets a diaper almost everyday too though. His favorite is peeing outside! I went to change his pullup at SDC and he said "no, I go potty!" Alrighty then.

Trenton's big BOOBOO

Yesterday, I got a call from daycare saying Trenton tripped and busted his head on the door frame. They said he cried for a few minutes then held an ice pack on it in the office until I we could get there. I about fell over when I saw it but he said "it's all better" and never said a word about it again. I've asked him today if his head hurts and he says "nope!" The pictures don't do it justice.. I know, Sara, I said I wasn't going to post this but daycare has record of it happening there!
Over his right eye..
whoa, check out those eyelashes

I've also told some of you that Trenton has become addicted to tv/movies. Here is where he is right now watching Kung Fu Panda.

What mom? Isn't this what you've always dreamed of? Ok, I feel guilty, we're going to play playdough or do puzzles.

Aerosmith concert

Matt and I headed to Tulsa last weekend for a little mini vacation. Tammy watched Trenton for us. We stayed at the Hard Rock Casino and went to the ZZTop/Aerosmith concert. They can still rock it out for a bunch of old guys! ZZ just kinda shook their beards around a little but Steven Tyler was a maniac. No wonder he is so skinny, he burns like 3000 calories in an hour and 1/2. (or maybe its drugs?) hmmmm.....

Tammy gave me many options for an Aerosmith appropriate tshirt and I went with rhinestones and roses. Maybe the bleeding hearts/skull and crossbones next time.
And since my husband is the luckiest man in the world, we got to ride there and back in a limo and sit in a suite with all the food and drinks you wanted. That was the best part to me. We were with "high rollers" if you know what I mean.

Matt and I getting ready to leave for the concert.

After the concert, waiting for our ride.
