Airplanes and more Tball

This past Thursday, Matt and I took the kids to Drake Field in Fayetteville to check out some planes.  Trevor is in LOVE with airplanes so we wanted him to see some up close.  We got to eat at the restaurant in the airport and they let us eat outside.  We were like ON the runway!  Not too close but the only thing separating us from the planes was a chinsy rope.  Trev was in love!  After, we went to the airplane museum.

This was a stunt plane that they got in.  Some guy from Fay. used it in air shows and was a major risk taker.  There was a guy there telling us all about it.  Really cool.  He crashed about 7 years ago (in another plane) doing a trick that was way too dangerous.
Here is my almost (May2) 5 year old who does not take a nap at home anymore.  This is what happens at about 4:00.
This is Trevor's favorite place to go.  The top of the swingset.  Guess what 6 ft. mama gets to climb in to get him down?  Yep, me.
Trenton had his 3rd tball game last night.  Here he was playing catcher.
Getting some advice from Coach Daddy.
Taking the field and ready for some action in left field.

Trenton's playing T Ball!!

Well, the time has come for our first tball experience (with many more years to come  I do believe).  Trenton loves it.  He lays out his uniform days in advance and even puts it on just for fun.  There is just something so cute about boys and baseball.  I guess just like girls and frilly dance costumes I guess (not speaking from experience).
Matt is one of the assistant coaches.  I know he's been waiting for this day since he was born....annnnd he had to go out of town for work so he missed the first game.  I videoed it for him so he could see.  It was even funnier on camera later. :)

Easter

As I type this, I must tell you, ALL of my children are taking a nap at the same time.  Hold your applause please.  The house is quiet and I'm not sure how long this will last so on to some Easter pics!!  Hayes was on the tail end of a little bug he caught from his first week at daycare so we stayed home and Matt took Trenton and Trevor to church early Sunday morning.

And just because I bragged about it, I hear Trevor on the monitor talking.  But I can't be mad at him....look at that face in this pic! hehe

Trevor wore his necklace he made at chruch all day.
This is how Hayes felt about wearing his Easter outfit. That reminds me...gotta re do the 2 mo photo!
On the hunt!!
Trevor got a little help from MiMi.
Opening the goods.  Trevor was so cute, he wasn't really into hunting the eggs but he was very interested in eating what was inside! Trenton was into both things of course.

So thankful for these sweet boys and thankful Jesus came ALIVE on Easter!  Trenton seemed pretty interested in the story of Easter this year.  Can't wait for Trevor and Hayes to understand one day too.

Trenton starts his tball games next week so pics to come!!
