Two small arms to hold you tight, two small feet to run, two small eyes full of love for you, three small sons.

Vacation

We are back from our annual family Destin trip!  It was great (because we had a lot of help from family) and the weather was perfect!  We got beachtime, pooltime, and shopping time!  My older sis flew with me and the babes (Trev and Hayes).  The hubby's drove with the "older kids".  Kind of works out better for my sis and I.  We try to make it sound bad so they complain too much :)

Here's Reagan tootie.  She is missing her 2 front teeth!  She just turned 7 and had a blast in the ocean.
Tyler is about to be 4 and LOVED the ocean.  He could sit for hours and let the waves knock him over.  He got knocked over backwards and went under a few times.  Didn't stop him!!
Oh little Trev Trev.  Unsure the first few min, but ended up liking the sand.  He liked for the water to come up on his feet...but not too far.  You can tell this is the first day because he's so white!
Here's Trenton with the boogie board.  No big waves this year.  It was as smooth as the carribean some days!  It was shallow for a long way out so the kids could venture far.  He and Reagan pretty much stayed together and played.  I feel like I hardly interacted with him, I was a little preoccupied with little ones.
Hayes had no opinion of the ocean.  He was pretty much pissed 75% of the vacation.  Someone decided it would be a good time to get teeth.  They broke through half way through the week.  Praise Jesus Matt's family was there to help with him.  I would have been stuck in the condo ALL week without Matt's mom (BeBe).

Of course there are a lot more pics but I'm outta time for now!

Mother's Day

Happy mother's day to all my mama's and gmas!!  :)  We are planning a low key afternoon around here.  That means I boss my husband around and he can't say anything because it's mothers day.  I get one a day a year...I'm taking advantage.  There will be curtains hung in the baby's room....that would have been a good present by itself but I won't tell Matt that.  Instead...my wonderful hubs got these stackable rings for me!!

I have always liked these.  I know several people with them.  I gave him no ideas this year.  He was on his own!!  I hate to admit that I'm the easiest wife to buy presents for.   If you ask me what I want, I always have a list of things I want.  Not a good quality, but good for Matt.

It's a good thing I have long fingers.  That's alotta rings! :)

We went to church and Hayes got "dedicated" today.  It's not a baptism (he will decided when he is ready to do that when he's older).  It's us making a pledge to bring up Hayes in the love and admonition of the Lord.  Pastor Nick presented Hayes with a certificate of dedication and his 1st Bible.  It is a special day!!
Me and the boys after chruch.  Wow. almost all looking at the camera.  :)

Here are some more of Trevor and Hayes this week.  Hayes (3mo) is so big and Trev (23 months) is so small.  I bet they will be the same size soon!
Hayes is wearing most 6-9 months clothes and Trev is wearing 12 month (some 18 month).

Airplanes and more Tball

This past Thursday, Matt and I took the kids to Drake Field in Fayetteville to check out some planes.  Trevor is in LOVE with airplanes so we wanted him to see some up close.  We got to eat at the restaurant in the airport and they let us eat outside.  We were like ON the runway!  Not too close but the only thing separating us from the planes was a chinsy rope.  Trev was in love!  After, we went to the airplane museum.

This was a stunt plane that they got in.  Some guy from Fay. used it in air shows and was a major risk taker.  There was a guy there telling us all about it.  Really cool.  He crashed about 7 years ago (in another plane) doing a trick that was way too dangerous.
Here is my almost (May2) 5 year old who does not take a nap at home anymore.  This is what happens at about 4:00.
This is Trevor's favorite place to go.  The top of the swingset.  Guess what 6 ft. mama gets to climb in to get him down?  Yep, me.
Trenton had his 3rd tball game last night.  Here he was playing catcher.
Getting some advice from Coach Daddy.
Taking the field and ready for some action in left field.

Trenton's playing T Ball!!

Well, the time has come for our first tball experience (with many more years to come  I do believe).  Trenton loves it.  He lays out his uniform days in advance and even puts it on just for fun.  There is just something so cute about boys and baseball.  I guess just like girls and frilly dance costumes I guess (not speaking from experience).
Matt is one of the assistant coaches.  I know he's been waiting for this day since he was born....annnnd he had to go out of town for work so he missed the first game.  I videoed it for him so he could see.  It was even funnier on camera later. :)

Easter

As I type this, I must tell you, ALL of my children are taking a nap at the same time.  Hold your applause please.  The house is quiet and I'm not sure how long this will last so on to some Easter pics!!  Hayes was on the tail end of a little bug he caught from his first week at daycare so we stayed home and Matt took Trenton and Trevor to church early Sunday morning.

And just because I bragged about it, I hear Trevor on the monitor talking.  But I can't be mad at him....look at that face in this pic! hehe

Trevor wore his necklace he made at chruch all day.
This is how Hayes felt about wearing his Easter outfit. That reminds me...gotta re do the 2 mo photo!
On the hunt!!
Trevor got a little help from MiMi.
Opening the goods.  Trevor was so cute, he wasn't really into hunting the eggs but he was very interested in eating what was inside! Trenton was into both things of course.

So thankful for these sweet boys and thankful Jesus came ALIVE on Easter!  Trenton seemed pretty interested in the story of Easter this year.  Can't wait for Trevor and Hayes to understand one day too.

Trenton starts his tball games next week so pics to come!!

Trevor the big brother

Here are some pics of Trev this morning.  He is taking the big brother thing much better than I thought.  Actually, he has no idea what to think.  I'm sure one day he and Hayes will be buds!

Check out the spot on his forehead.  He was running outside last weekend and fell, somehow the forehead caught his fall and he skinned it!  Poor baby.

Hayes 1 Month and Friends/Fam

Hayes is actually 6  1/2 weeks old now.  Hard to keep up with pics and blogging.  He is growing like a weed and is between 11-12 lbs already.  I think he's going to be the biggest boy.  VERY long.  Wearing 3mo in most brands and pants already too short.  His "newborn look" is changing and he is looking at me now and smiling :)

He can now see the toys on his floor gym and will stay content for a few min. looking at them (or the tv).

Here we are ready to head to Target!!  It's our second home these days.
This weekend my sis, Michelle and her fam came to town.  Also, the Bohannan's came for a little Spring Break trip!  We were so glad to get the spend the day playing with them on Sat.  Trenton loves playing with Laci and Megan and little Brynn is just a doll.
Cousin Reagan swinging away!!
Trev Bug
Laci holding Hayes.  I couldn't believe how grown up she has become!  Seems like just A FEW years ago that I held little Lace in the hospital.
Future Mommy club. All blue eyed babes!
Trevor picked Byrnn up for their first date.
It did not end well.  Trevor has sharing issues. :)
Can't leave Tyler and Trenton out!  The jeep never gets old for these boys!

My big babies

Well, life is about as crazy as I thought it would be with 3 kiddos.  The hardest part is I don't really get out with all 3 that much, and I when I do...I usually regret it.  Trevor (middle man) is too little to handle along with a newborn in a carseat.  Trenton helps as much as a 4 yo can by trying to hold his hand in parking lots but you can only put so much trust in your 4 yo to keep your 20 mo. old safe (if ya know whatta mean).  So far, we have braved Target (good trip), Chuck E Cheese (good trip until time to go), and Once Upon A Child (nightmare).  I know I just gotta give it time!!!

Here are some pics of T and T...thank goodness they play well together.  I don't know if I could handle fighting right now..

Trev "climbing" up the stairs into the house.  The big boys have free reign outside while I'm doing something with the baby.
Ham Bone
Best big bro ever....who is clearly picking out his own clothes to wear...Merry Christmas everyone.
Trevor has a need to BE ON someone most of the time.  Since it can't be mine all the time now...it's big brother.  This is how he likes to watch cartoons.  So cute!
Trenton's face cracks me up!

Our 1st Two Weeks

Well, today is the day....I have all 3 kids by myself.  That will probably deserve another post sometime... here are some more pics of my babies (sorry Trenton, you don't sit still long enough for me).  I'll include him later :)

Laid out!!

After a head wash

While my mom was here, she knitted everyone a hat.  Here is Hayes sportin a "Rena" special. :)

Look at that face....trouble.  Trev has had a bit of freedom lately (lack of discipline really).  How can you get mad at a 19 mo. old when I'm the one who entrusted him with a box of crackers.
Trevor loves all of Hayes' baby things.  He is in the nap nanny most of the time.  This fuzzy bear is antoher fav!

Say a prayer for me today!!
